Terms of service SmartShelf
By installing and using the SmartShelf Application, you accept these Terms of Service.
General provisions
You are granted a limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to install and use the SmartShelf Application for personal non-commercial purposes. The exclusive distribution rights of the SmartShelf Application, including logos and application names, belong to Project Alpha.
You do not have the right to copy or distribute the SmartShelf Application. You do not have the right to decompile, open the system code, disassemble, extract the source code, decrypt, modify or create derivative works based on the SmartShelf Application or any of its parts.
Limited Warranty and Liability
This software is provided on an "as it is" basis without any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, guarantees in respect of market qualities, suitability for specific purposes. Project Alpha does not guarantee and is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphic objects, links and other elements included in the application. Under no circumstances is Project Alpha liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits, consequences of business interruption or loss of data) arising from the use of the application or the inability to use it.
Termination
The Terms of Service are valid until the end of the use of the SmartShelf application.
